Acceptable Use

  • Use Nia only for lawful customer communication, support, and business workflows.
  • Do not use Nia to send spam, harass recipients, evade platform rules, or misrepresent sender identity.
  • Do not attempt to collect WhatsApp cookies, QR codes, passwords, browser history, or unrelated website content.

Human Control

The current Nia Web Assistant inserts draft text only. The human user must review the draft and press send manually in WhatsApp Web.

  • Users are responsible for protecting their Nia account and Chrome profile.
  • Nia may suspend or revoke extension access for abuse, security risk, policy violations, or unauthorized use.
