Help for installing, connecting, and troubleshooting the Nia Web Assistant Chrome extension.

Getting Started

Install Nia Web Assistant from the Chrome Web Store once published.
Open the extension options page and confirm the Nia backend URL and organization details.
Open https://web.whatsapp.com/ and select one customer chat.
Open the Nia Web Assistant side panel, click Connect Nia, then Sync visible chat.
Use AI check to prepare a draft, review it, insert it, and manually press send in WhatsApp Web.

If WhatsApp Web Is Not Found

Open https://web.whatsapp.com/ in Chrome.
Make sure WhatsApp Web is linked and a specific chat is selected.
Reopen the Nia Web Assistant side panel and click Refresh.

If Sync Does Not Work

Check the extension options page.
Confirm the Nia backend URL, organization slug, and user email.
Click Connect Nia again before syncing the visible chat.

Contact

Use the support contact published in the customer's Nia workspace or Chrome Web Store listing. A final public support mailbox must be configured before public Chrome Web Store submission.
