What Nia Web Assistant Collects
- Nia account, tenant, and extension installation identifiers.
- Extension version, session status, and limited diagnostics.
- Selected visible WhatsApp Web chat text when a user syncs that chat.
- AI draft request context when a user requests an AI-assisted draft.
- Manual draft insertion evidence and extension safety events.
What Nia Web Assistant Does Not Collect
- WhatsApp cookies, browser cookies, or WhatsApp QR codes.
- Browser history, passwords, payment data, bank data, or national IDs.
- Hidden WhatsApp chats, unrelated tabs, unrelated websites, or full DOM snapshots.
- Data for personalized advertising or sale to third parties.
How We Use Data
- Authenticate and secure extension sessions.
- Sync the selected visible WhatsApp Web chat to Nia.
- Generate AI-assisted draft replies when requested.
- Insert reviewed draft text into WhatsApp Web for the human user to send.
- Audit safety controls, troubleshoot issues, and enforce tenant isolation.
AI Processing
When AI draft features are used, selected visible chat context may be processed by Nia and the configured AI provider to generate a draft response. The Web Assistant keeps replies as reviewed drafts that remain under human control.
