Last updated: June 10, 2026

Request Synced Data Deletion

Users or organization admins can request deletion of synced extension data through the published Nia privacy or support contact for their workspace. A final public privacy mailbox must be configured before public Chrome Web Store submission.

  • Organization name.
  • User email.
  • Approximate date range.
  • Type of data to delete.

Revoke Extension Session

Organization admins should be able to revoke an extension installation from Nia. Once revoked, future sync requests should be rejected and the extension should show a disconnected or revoked state.

Uninstall The Extension

  • Open chrome://extensions.
  • Find Nia Web Assistant.
  • Click Remove.
  • Uninstalling removes local Chrome extension data but does not automatically delete data already synced to Nia.
